Romanian Leu (RON) to US Dollar

The Romanian leu (RON) is the national currency of Romania, introduced in 2005 following a 10,000-to-1 redenomination of the old leu. One leu is subdivided into 100 bani. Coins are denominated 1, 5, 10 and 50 bani; banknotes are denominated 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 200 and 500 lei. The ISO numeric code for the leu is 946.
