Mauritanian Ouguiya (MRU) to US Dollar

The Mauritanian ouguiya (MRU) is the official currency of Mauritania. It was introduced on 1 January 2018 following a redenomination in which 10 of the old ouguiya (MRO) were exchanged for 1 new ouguiya. One ouguiya is subdivided into 5 khoums, making it one of only two non-decimal currencies still in use in the world. The ISO numeric code for the ouguiya is 929.
